Adult Swim Application

I accept full responsibility for the programme that I will participate in and acknowledge that I will do it at my own risk.

I hereby indemnify Nikki's Swim Survival and/or Nikole Dovey and/or any employee of Nikki's Swim Survival from all possible damage that might be sustained from any accident, sickness, injury or anything whatsoever that might happen to myself before, after or during the swimming lesson.

I hereby indemnify Nikki's Swim Survival and/or Nikole Dovey and/or any employee of Nikki's Swim Survival and hold it harmless against all loss or damage that it might sustain, and in respect of all claims and proceedings made or instituted against Nikki's Swim Survival and/or Nikole Dovey and/or any employee of Nikki's Swim Survival by third parties and also in respect of all legal costs.

I further acknowledge that is is my responsibility to ensure the safety of all siblings, friends and carers that visit the swimming facility and to ensure that all persons behave in a responsible manner ie no running on the pool deck, interfering with lessons or the destruction of any property or facilities.

Payment terms & conditions:

Enrollment for the Adult swim courses requires payment upfront to secure your booking. Only once proof of payment is received, will we be able to allocate your time slot.

Adult Group lessons must be paid upfront for the following month. If payment is not received by the last day of the month for group maintenance lessons, an admin surcharge of 15% will automatically be applied to the invoice.

Nikki's Swim Survival reserves the right to change conditions of membership, services offered or fees and charges before the start of a new term.

Conditions of make-up lessons.

Private lessons- 6 week package
Any lessons missed during the 6 week package must be made up within 6 weeks of starting the Adult course. No make-up lessons will be permitted after this period without prior consultation and agreement from Nikki and/or Glyn. Any incomplete lessons thereafter will automatically be forfeited.

Group Lessons:
Missed lessons must be made up within the month and are subject to the swim coach's availability. Lessons may NOT be carried over to the next month, any that are incomplete at the end of the month will be forfeited.

We assure you we will try our best to accommodate swimmers as far as possible.
